Important Notes
- Post Graduate should produce valid certificate attested by HOD. The letter or ID card should be valid till December, 2026

Cancellations & Refund
- 75% Refund (Only registration charges) if cancellation is made before 30th June 2026.
- 50% Refund (Only registration charges) if cancellation is made before 15th July 2026.
- No Refunds after 15th July 2026.

Refund Processing:

Abstract Submission
Free paper criteria (Original articles, case series, Novel surgical techniques, ideas and innovations, case reports)
Abstract Submission General Guidelines:
- LANGUAGE: All material has to be submitted in English only (Arial, font 12).
- “Abstracts must be submitted online only.”
- Free Paper Presentation presentation for Consultant Postgraduates planned timing will be 7+2 minutes Presentations
- Abstracts must be of original material and the work should have been conducted in India.
- Last date of abstract submission is 20th July 2026
- The Scientific Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any submission, or to assign it to a different category, at its discretion.”
- The Abstract should be divided into the following headings
- Introduction
- Aim of the study
- Materials and methods
- Results
- Conclusions
- Each presenter is allowed to present only one paper
- Members of the scientific committee will review all Abstract submissions.
- Review Acceptance & Notification acknowledgement of receipt will be sent via e- mail by last Week of July
- Abstract free papers not selected for presentation will be automatically considered under E-Poster categories.
- Certificate of presentation will be awarded to the presenting author only.
